I rented a 2bdr apartment from just sell and before moving in the unit was a disaster. Everything was broken and the windows couldn't even open as it was siliconed ext. <br> <br> They forced me to sign the checklist and I decided to email my complaints. <br> I tried to move out because we were expecting another baby and the 2bdr unit was too small. They wanted 2 months notice so I got them a new lessee instead as my new apartment couldn't wait for me to move in within 2 months. <br> <br> They send me a ridicules bill for 2 months rent after I'm out plus I must paint the unit and wash carpets on my expense, therefor I decided to stay. <br> <br> So this month my rent was 3 days late for the first time ever as i have payed my rent a few times in advance for several months at a time.and I received a 7 day Eviction notice although now I have a newborn baby and never intended not to pay my rent! I am not able to work right now but my husband is working.<br> <br> Well we moved and painted as they asked but now our deposit is also held back because they say we haven't painted although we have proof and invoices of the contractors. <br> <br> I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
