Horrible service

Last year we experienced a lot of rainfall. We noticed rain dripping through the roof on the ceiling. We reported it immediately. With time, the rain became so much, and because it had nowhere to go, it started to rot and eventually our ceiling broke. Which means that whenever it rains, it's raining directly into our house, nevermind having a bathroom that reeks because of the rotten ceiling. We e-mailed and called A LOT of times. So many promises were made to come and fix it. Today is 140 days after reporting it. I honestly can't understand how in 140 days there was absolutely no way to get someone out to look at it, nevermind fix it. My biggest concern is that the owner has to pay for replacing the ceiling, when in fact, it was only Just Sell Properties who doesn't take the people who rent in consideration at all. If they only fixed the rooftile that probably just shifted or needed some paint, it would've never went so far. I am very displeased with these people and would not recommend them to anyone!
