Extremely ********* & very suspicious business

This company is EXTREMELY ********* and forces tenants to pay for maintenance etc unnecessarily. I urge people reading this to take this review seriously as there seems to be some serious shady business going on and I see a lot of other negative reviews both here and on Google. My girlfriend recently moved out earlier than anticipated and had to pay penalties - which is understandable. However afterwards she was forced to pay for paint? this is ridiculous as no damage was caused by her. There is also a water proofing issue, so these idiots just paint over instead of fixing the main issue. They send a letter of demand which is such bull**** as well. You cannot blacklist anyone so I suggest stop forcing people to dig into their pockets for something the OWNER or the renting company is liable to maintain themselves. Really pathetic service and this business deserves to go under in my opinion.
