This agency are the last people you would like too ever rent with. They deducted R3500.00 to paint two (2) bedrooms, how does one justify such. Worst part is the rooms where not even clean, only the one passage had some stains and the agency consultant said if i clean it out, it shouldnt be a problem, which i did. Then in the living area i asked if i should paint the area, he then told me that they will still check the quality of paint and change me anyways. So i was expecting to be charged for painting that section of the wall. then next thing R3500.00 for painting two (2) bedrooms, which were clean.
