Worst service EVER!

We went to look at a few places to rent and eventually found one that were big enough for all our furniture, but the place had a few major things to be fixed. We were told by the agent from just properties that everything will be fixed when we move in. So we waited and our move in date was postponed by a week. By the time we moved in nothing has been fixed and they painted while we moved in. We were then told that the rest will be fixed with time. We waited for a month and contacted the agent, but did not get a response. I then contacted the branch manager and was told that the agent does not work for just property anymore and I was given another contact person.

They then sent out two contractors for quotes (again) and told me it should be sent to the owner for approval. Almost another two months down the line and we don't have a response from anyone. They do not answer any emails. We would not even have a shower head if we did not buy one ourselves. The one window is falling out of the pane. The cupcoard under the zink is complete rotten and I can't use it. The water is leaking under the bathroom basin so I can't use that either and we pay R10 700 a month rent.

This is only half the list of things that should be fixed....
