Worst Service and Experience with Just Letting Centurion East

<p>I will never deal with Just Letting Centurion East again because my experience has been nothing but a nightmare! Gail Stassen who is the Rental Agent deliberatly prolonged the process for 2 months to get new tenants for the property. After moving out and refering potential tenants to her she refused to followup with them or scared off the potential tenants who might be interested. Therefore forcing me to pay additional rent for 2 months where I did not occupy the property and forfeiting my deposit. Taking it up with management also did not help as they simply ignored my request to get another more competant agent to let the property. Only after a potential tenant complained this week about the terrible attitude Gail had towards her and her husband, was another agent appointed!</p> <p> </p> <p>The administration staff are even worse! They provided no reasons for why the quote of cleaning the carpets were R1500 for a 65 square meter flat and also charged me for things that were listed as broken on the Inspection Form before I moved in! I left the place in a far better condition than when I moved in! They also charged an exorbitant amount of a R1000 for the repairing of a standard window to be fitted after I supp**** the glass and window putty myself! And then refusing to tell me why they charge R1000!</p> <p> </p> <p>They also have various forms they sent that contradict with each other giving conflicting information about when fees apply and when it doesn't. They also didn't feel the need to apologize, explain or rectify the statement of what I apparently "owe" them. After requesting numerous times to have the fees' and quote amounts explained to me and why the fees sometimes apply and other times not. </p> <p> </p> <p>DON'T make use of Just Letting Centurion East as they unorganized, unprofessional and greedy with the way that they operate.</p>
