Worst rental agency ever

<p>I pay my monthly rent and electricity bill every month before the 30th. When I got home today my power was cut due to non payment. Due to the fact that tomorrow is a public holiday it will only be attended to by wednesday. Gerhard the principal said that what do I want him to do I need to take it up with Mogale city. I am only renting how is this my problem. Who is going to pay for my loss due to meat etc going off! They assured me the account is paid up. How can it be paid up if the electricity is cut?</p>
