Worst Rental Agency by Far!!!

<p>i had occupied a place from just property group midrand, once i had completed y lease period i chose not to renew but rather to move out, just property group midrand then found faults in the unit that was there before i moved in which they then deducted from my security deposit. (a small chip on the kitchen counter lead to me paying for a whole new kitchen counter which costed me thousands) & when you address this issues with the relevant people, they want to give you attitude. i will name the people invovled here because i honestly think they sholuld be fired or placed in a role where they are not invovled with peoples money, first person being Zelda, she now does not listen to you when you address issues with her, and the cause of the kitchen counter being replaced. Second being Lerato, honestly i hve no words for her, she is just down right rude.</p> <p> </p> <p>What really ****es me off is that took care of the unit as much as i could, and before anything was done to the place in terms of renovations after moving out, the least you could expect was a call to say that its going to cost so & so amount, which was not done by either Zelda nor Lerato, and when you do call them on it, you get **** to that emails bounced back, when no actual email was sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>i really hope this matter gets addressed as i am taking it further, and i just wanted people to know what kind of rental agency they dealing with.</p>
