Worst property group to use

We moved into a unit which had more than 5 defaults. The agent did not do a thorough check to make sure everything was fixed before we moved in. Now that we have signed the contract, paid and moved in they are stalling to fix the problems the unit initially had. They keep telling us they are waiting for the landlord to authorize but it has been 2weeks. They are very inefficient and have pathetic service. I don't advise anyone to use them if you are looking for property. I will continue to expose them until they change their ways and my issues are dealt with.
