After 2 months of begging for my deposit, only got 10% of R11250 n they came with lame excuses of maintenance n early termination whilst I moved out after 16 months with a months n a half notice. Just Property Burgundy Estates is a ****. **** **** n ******. You're throwing your money into water, your deposit won't even gain any interest n they'll never give it back n ders nothing you can do about it.
