Worst customer service ever!

We are current tenants at Just Property Group Moreleta Park. The Agents and agency does not look after their clients/tenants. As we did not get any feedback or maintenance done on the house after one year! They give no support or cooperation. Gives a hundred excuses above the bad service and yelling over the phone by their *********** staff. After being yelled to over the phone, being trustworthy and loyal clients and given the worst attitude sadly one has to go down on their level after many emails and calls and no feedback or anything being done to the situation. There is no proffesionality within that branch! As a agent has to look after their tenants and the communication within the relationship of the Agency and the client. Sadly, there is nothing like that!
