Worst Customer Service Ever!

I've been battling for a month to get a final statement from Just Letting Illovo as well as my deposit paid back to me. They just do not respond. And when they do, they threaten their customers with additional costs. As management agent they never inspected the unit when i moved in, when the geyser burst and the apartment was flooded, they never offered any assistance between the owner and myself to get it fixed. It took as much as 4 weeks to replace the wooden flooring after the geyser incident. When i gave notice to move out the response was poor. The wrong amounts reflected on my rental invoices for four consecutive months without them fixing it. When ever you try to phone them they take the longest of time to return your calls/emails. And when they do, it's with the worst attitude imaginable. Lynette Bosman knows absolutely nothing about customer service!
