Worst agency company!

Terrible. Never answers phone, and i've been asking for my deposit money for weeks now. The agent said he will give me a quote for cleaning the really small carpet in the room, he never confirmed anything with me and just took an unacceptable amount from my money (the money that i never even recieved). He should have confirmed the amount with me. I feel that it is very unfair and unprofessional of them. (This is the just property group in Jeffreys Bay). Tired of asking for my money. We hve to pay rent on time, but they can take the world's time to give back our money, sorry not in my books!
