They are ********. We paid rent and deposit, with the agent promising that the property will be ready before we moved in. Lo and behold, we were without electricity for 4 days because the owners had municipal issues. When they did connect the electricity it was done *******ly. We lost income and all the issues are still not fixed. We asked for our deposit and rent back so we can go find a different place. They still haven't gotten back to us
