worse service ever

I have been with just letting for 5yrs now, and still awaiting repairs on certain stuff. I moved in to my current home in 2011 and door needed fixing, slyding door does not lock, I have send mails and called but these things never get attended to.My worst experience was we use to having the tree cut, so when it stopped I asked Felix to attend to it but he never did, finally Norma said I can ask someone to do it, which I did but they could not remove it, now im told about the landlord refuse to attend to things, however I pay rent each month into just lettings account and each year I have to pay admin fee for renewal of contract, my question is what am I paying for.If rent is late I get notice but repairs not done, my bathroom roof leaking water, toilet handle broken,oven broken, 3weeks later I am still waiting on response to my request,simple things that I cant enjoy doing anymore, imagine water dripping on you while on toilet.
