Witholding deposit for \apparent"damages"""

I received my deposit back from Just Letting on 16/02/2015. The full amount of the deposit was not refunded to me as there were deductions made for apparent damages. I contacted the Portfolio Manager, Diane Giessen, from the Centurion branch. She sent me an extra inspection list that was compiled after the final outgoing inspection list and without my presence nor my knowledge of it. This list contradicts the final outgoing inspection where I was present and for which I signed. As far as I am concerned, this additional list has nothing to do with me as I never signed for it and it was done after the new tenants moved in. The original outgoing inspection list does not make any mention of any damage that needs to be repaired, therefore I can not be held responsible for fair wear and tear as well as any damages that might have been caused by the new tenants. I found Diane very unprofessional and defensive and impossible to have a civilised discussion with. She came across very aggressive and unhelpful towards me, because according to her my bussinness with Just Letting does not mean anything anymore, nor did it ever. The inspector/agent Amos Mabene was also not very helpful.
