Who not to trust with your investment

I wish they had a review for no stars. From the inexperienced, numerous letting agents to the principal, the level of customer care is non existent. They have withheld my rental and damages deposit and don't care very much about replying to any queries. My property was badly managed with obvious damages from tenants which was never repaired and the "couldn't care less" attitude was the final straw. I have placed my property with another agent and will do so with my other property as well as soon as the lease is up.

Don't go there.
