We Are Owed A Deposit Refund

July 2024 I was in desperate need for a place to stay, fortunately I got in touch with a lady named Difedile. She managed to get me accomodation at a unit/flat in Leopard Tree Place, Evander, Mpumalanga. the rent and deposit was both R7500.00 We then paid R10 000.00 for 3 consecutive months to cover the rent and deposit simultaneously. November we moved into a new place and Difedile with the owners of the previous flat promised to pay back my deposit end of January due to the money being part of a trust account. We are in April 2025 now and I still have not received my deposit. Difedile has blocked our numbers as both my daughter and I cannot get a hold of her. Throughout the process she has been very unprofessional, having learned that she works under Just Property Group in Secunda, I have made communication with her colleague Thendo Ndwambi on the 26th of March 2025, but still, no luck, no progress whatsovever, even as I have sent through my bank details as they had promised to send the money through,
