Violation of my human rights

I recently relocated to Cape Town and used Just Property to secure accommodation. When viewing the property I realised that the window doesn't have blinds and a curtain rail. I requested that one must be put up they said it shall be so. 2 months later nothing... And I stated that this is the bedroom window I have no privacy whatsoever, I literally do everything in my living area, and they have been giving me the run around this is completely in violation of my human rights I stated that they still don't care the property manager Fernanda Adams says she is doing her BEST. How do they first of all lease an apartment that does not offer you means to hang curtains there is no way of closing up the window. I have now given them 24hrs and if nothing is done I will forward this to the magistrate so that the issue a letter. They are not doing me a favour of staying there I am paying my rent in full with no delay, it's not like it's free. If they knew this would take longer than anticipated they should have provided an alternative means and come and try to cover up the windows. I am not on display for the whole world to see I'm a human being I deserve my right to privacy I mustn't beg for it especially if I'm a paying customer.
