Very unprofessional conduct from Just Property

I had nothing bad to say or to complain about Just Property, that was until I had to be refunded my deposit.

I have e-mailed them twice asking why my deposit has not been returned to me, with no response from anyone on the e-mail list.

When handing the keys over for the property that I rented, the lady doing the inspection found no fault on my part and said the refund would occur on the 15th of November 2021. For which I'm still waiting a response from someone at the company as to why the refund has not occured.

Just a response would be appreciated.
