Very Poor Service

Hi Just Property, I rate you very disappointing. I have never in my life had so much troubles with an agency like I do have with you. We are almost done with month 2 of the rental contract and there has been nothing really done to the fact that there is repairs at the property. The owner has signed on the contract where he agreed to repair the items specified but up to now only a few thing has been done and those items that has been done is done on a cheap non satisfyingly way. We are very un happy with the way that this situation is handled all the agents at the Vaal including the principal said that they would do their best with this and will keep us up 2 date but none of that is true it is all just said too keep us quiet. There has been threats coming from the owners wife ( which claims she is a lawyer) that we must move if we want too move if we aren't happy, but she forgets that her husband has signed on a binding contract and that he has breached it from day 1.

We would like this matter too be sorted out ASAP
