Unprofessionalism

Good morning,<br> <br> I am currently leasing an apartment with Just letting property rental agency. I am have faced numerous problems with the agency since the company was taken over buy Alfa Properties CC. <br> <br> Upon the inception of my contract with the agency, it was agreed that they would combine my rental and the metro bill on my monthly rental invoice. For, approximately, the past 8-9 months they company has failed to invoice me correctly. This information was brought to my attention on the 30th July 2015.<br> <br> I have been informed that I have to pay the shortfall amount which is due to their negligence and *********** administration processes. They have also mentioned that should I fail to make the payment they will blacklist me. <br> <br> I pay monthly service fees to the agency and yet the service I continuously receive is extremely poor and unprofessional. <br> <br> I feel like a victim as I am being held liable for their internal mistakes.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Angry, disappointed, irritated, disgusted
