Will never rent through Just Property again!!

Be careful when doing the in and out going inspection as the incoming one is done quarter complete in comparison with the outgoing one. That's how they held me liable for the previous tenant's damage. Had to send evidence from before and after since the agent clearly did not make efficient ingoing notes.

The agent was an hour and 8 minutes late for our out going inspection, that's 1 hour of my salary gone!!!! Did not even call to say he was going to be late, I had to phone the office. And get a mere apology for that.

Never again...
