Unprofessional rude estate agent

Avoid this company if you can.Saw a property that I liked and viewed it with Eileen. I filled out the necessary paper work and gave it to Eileen. Eileen promised me a 6 month lease period initially however that changed to 12 months once the paper work was submitted. I was initially hesitant but i liked the place so I agreed to 12 months. Eileen then started stalling when it came to the lease.I tried all forms of communication to get through to her but the only time that i did she informed me that her internet is down and that she will send me the lease when it returns. She ignored me for 3 days straight. I eventually had to phone her office to get a hold of her and when i did speak to her I found out that she rented the property to another person and had no decency to inform me of that. When i wanted further clarity on the matter she then shouted at me and put the phone down. She essentially wasted my time and toyed with me and now I still have to find a place to stay. Shes rude, abusive, ********* and unprofessional. WATCH OUT FOR JUST PROPERTY!!!
