Unprofessional behaviour

Unprofessional and ********* Rental manager Ava fourways branch. I had my flat to be on rental and sale with these guys for the past 4 months.Numerous agents would enter my property using just propery name..Due to security reasons I had asked for names of agents so that acces will be granted to specific agents and consistency..I had alot of scary excuses from this lady and she clearly gave me the indication of not knowing the whereabouts of her staff members and the numerous lies she spoke just to keep me hanging ..After i had refused her access to my property she demands I pick up my keys via watsup and does not want to do buisness with us..This behaviour is ********* from a company that we place trust in ..in keeping our keys... We do have the right to know who has access in and out our property.. According to just property Keys are shared by all staff members.Managers have no indication of were their staff is ...Pathetic service ....rude agent ....will only be nice to you to get a deal..And to sign out a mandate...Waste of time using these people after 4 months I have seen the unprofessionalism in these people...
