Unprofessional and rude service

<p>These are two people representing Sandton branch, that I had misfortune to deal with.</p> <p>Branch manager: Roby Grootboom (cell: ********** ); estate agent: Kholo Mokolo.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had the most unpleasant experience dealing with these two individuals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kholo Mokolo was showing an apartment at our estate, my direct neighbours next door.</p> <p>Our cat got trapped in the apartment after she left. We were looking for her for 2 days (our next door neighbours travels a lot and goes away for 2 weeks at a time). Finally I had her next door, called the owners, they said that estate agents need to be contacted since they have keys and they were the last ones at the apartment. We tried for hours to contact estate agents with no result. Their voice mail DOES NOT even have emergency contact! Good luck getting in touch. As agreed with the person residing at the place and owners, we called locksmith. The charge was very high, since both of locks were damaged and had to be replaced completely.</p> <p>I tried next day again to contact Robyn next day to discuss sharing the cost for damaged locks, I have no problem covering the call out fee. But locks were not our problem. She knew what it was about and started ignoring me, for 3 days not returning my calls or messages.</p> <p>Finally got in touch with Kholo, who was the one that was on site last. Without even listening to what I had to say, she THREATENED me, saying that she is a lawyer and will sew me for ******** entry. Which is total *******! Since it was agreed with owners/tenants. On top of everything she state: What do I care about some cat! Could not care less!</p> <p>These people coming to provide service and make money for themselves, we LIVE here, they have to respect our way of living, not cause problems, insult and avoid.</p> <p>Get some basic ethics, professionalism and plain human decency, you are at our home.</p> <p>Do not recommend anyone to deal with these individuals.</p>
