Unprofessional

I signed a 6 month lease at a new place with Just Letting as our previous lease expired at the end of April. The new premises where we moved we were promised by the agent that the owner of the place would still come and remove the rest of her things. We are told she doesn't know when she will be able to organise to come and fetch it! We were given a remote control for the gate which doesn't work and still they have not made any arrangements to get us a new one. The lease we signed we still have not received back including the ingoing inspection form. Every time I call in they tell me they will organise but they never call me back. On our previous contract it states we will receive our deposit from the previous place back within 7 days, it has been 12 days and now they say oh they have a backlog. That in itself is breach of contract. They are are quick to put tenants in but once you've signed the lease they not bothered to do their job. What then are we paying them commission for? Very unprofessional!
