Unprofession and Pathetic

I am renting property from Just Letting, they have never even once billed us correctly. The recent stunt is that they told us we owe more R5000 and towards our utility bill and they will evict us and they refused to send us the Municipal account and for several times we have requested the bill from the Municipality instead of their statement. Today I got the municipal bill via the Revenue Service and my bill for Dec is R34.69. The people working in their finance department change like it is going out of fashion. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted by their service as they quickly threaten eviction. It is really ***** because they refused to send us the municipal bill themselves.
