I as a tenant was treated horribly ! I gave notice as per the prescribed law in SA and they informed me that if they did not find a tenant in time of the 30 days notice, then I would be liable for another month.

Then I ask the managing agent if I need to fix anything, they say no and on return of my deposit I get R1400 of the R9000. They do not act in good faith and act ******** from their contract to the way they kept my deposit.
