Unhappy ternant against Just property Pietermaritzburg

I am really not happy with the treatment I am getting from Just property Pietermaritzburg. I was renting their property at St Pauls for 2 years (September 2022-November 2024) and when I left I was told they will do the comparison on the property and communicate the damages then fix them. Now it has been 18 days since I moved out but have not heard anything at all from them. I tried emailing their admin lady called Tonya and she just referred me to the clauses which really I found unnecessary because they haven’t kept their part. I kept up to their nonsense when I was still staying in their property but I think I had enough now. Why is my deposit not paid by now? If any damages, why are they not communicated to me so I may know if that is correct or I need to dispute some of the things?
