Unfair Deposit Deductions and Poor Service

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I paid a deposit of R9,119 and only received R6,800 back. The deductions made little sense, and it felt like they were looking for ways to keep part of my deposit.

Communication is terrible, reported issues are not resolved, and getting feedback is almost impossible. In my experience, they seem more interested in making money from tenants moving out than providing good service. Be very careful and make sure you understand your rights before renting with them
