*********, Unprofessional and ******* Conduct

Last week, agent Robert Moolman from Just Property Pietermaritzburg entered into a verbal agreement with me and acted *********ly and unprofessionally by renegading on this agreement. After viewing a property we had agreed that I’ll be taking the property, I was prepared to pay the required deposit via EFT on the spot however he indicated that he didn’t have the bank details on him and would forward the details to me. Within less than an hour after this, he showed the property to someone else, provided her with the bank details and gave the property to her. I took the matter up with management at the pietermaritzburg offices, Sue du Bois, and it was clear from this instruction that they will be ‘covering’ for Moolman. How unprofessional, ********* and even ******* (since a verbal agreement is legally binding).
