********* most disgusting agency

The most pathetic agency i have ever dealt with. Firstly 3 months ago i receieve my monthly statement i pay as per my statement on the 12th of the month i receieve an additional statement when i query i am told teh body corporate did not provide the lights and water bill so it was not included in the statement i asked why was i not advised about this when the 1st statement was send through . My lights and water was immediately cut i have a 5 month old baby. I called and even went to the agency offices apparently all the managers were on training Coincidently on that day i was promised someone will call me back to this day nothing. Then thi smonth i receieve a bill almost triple my rental amount when i query i am send a statement my sewage account is R917.63 i cant understand how this is even possible when i call to query no one knows how it is calculated they will seek advise and get back to me. i advised the manager that i would lile to get notice and move out they now say im liable for the rental until the end of the leese. the living conditions under this agency is just unbearable now when i see all the reviews i think i should just move out since i wont be getting my deposit refunded. i am going to allow my legal team to investigate this agency and their ********* behaviours
