In June 2016, Just property let out my property and their commission was 1 months rent. Instead of the tenant paying a deposit they sold us a "Deposit Replacement Agreements" whereby the tenant paid the premium and should the tenant defaulted on the rent and there were damages to the property then we were covered for R25 000. When we asked the agent, Eileen, what happens if the tenant defaulted on the premium we were told that Just Property will cover the premium. We now try claiming and were told that the tenant defaulted on the premium and we cannot claim and that it's "My problem" . We also had a meeting with the principal, Brian van Wijk , and was told that the policy that they had sold was a bit problematic but they are now sorting it out. They sold us a faulty product and w have to now pay the price. I found Just Property ********* and dishonest. We
