Undisclosed amounts

I recently got into a rental contract with Just Property, I am not happy with how the agent gave information about the place and payments, we all work hard in South Africa and every cent counts, an amount was not disclosed and when I enquired about something else they send me a statement with this amount I never know about, this is not how to treat people, disclose everything in the start so that a person knows exactly what they will be paying, now it’s feels ****my as though it’s tricking people into getting into a contract only to hit them by surprise amounts.
