unacceptable leaving conditions

I have been a tenant at the unit for over 5 years<br> <br> 1. Geyser: Last month, I needed the geyser temperature adjusted as the water had just gone cold. A guy named Rudi attended to the matter but the temperature remains low. I informed him about this and he promised to set an appointment. I haven't heard from him since then. <br> 2. Broken Window: I called you two weeks ago reporting a broken bathroom window which was a result of the storm we experienced on the 16th of November.<br> 3. Stove: Only 3 out of the four plates work, the living room lights have not been working since I took occupation. This doesn't worry me as I use side lamps.<br> 4. The walls need painting, it's been five years and no one seems to be concerned about maintaining the unit. <br> 5. Last year, the outside walls were painted, the walls leading to the entrance to the unit I rent were left undone.<br> 6.Chicken cupborads damaged due to geyser burst in 2014 still not fixed.What do I have to do????
