<p>If we were not so keen to be able to have a place of our own, my fiance and I never would have completed procedures to be able to rent property through Just Property. Not only is the agent we dealt with severly unprofessional, her appearance is also not suited. Her choice of dress and the way she presents herself is completely unprofessional. </p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting for 3 weeks for feedback on whether our application wa suceessfull, we were told we were now cleared which brough much relief after the stressful wait. We were then tol to pay the deposit and other costs asap. We havent even done the inspection OR even seen the contract let alone sign. We recieved a lot of pressure to pay and had to pay before we were given an inspection date and ofcourse the place looked like a ****** ***sty!! It took 1 hour just to clean the inside of the oven, 1 hour for the sink and 2 hours of scrubbing to get the shower a bit more presentable. We had to take photos of everything seeing as they later say you broke something or chipped a tile (advice from a previous victim). We received absolutely NO help from them whatsoever and I am ****** fed up with this ****! It has only been a month and our contract is for a year!!! I will NEVER deal with Just Property again and I WILL discourage all the people I can from using them. </p>
