They JUST don't care!!!

I pay my rent (including water and electricity) every month without delay. So the city of Tshwane cut the water off because of arrears in property rates, Just property and the owner took the whole month doing a recon just to admit that the payment arrears amount should be made form their side. My family could not stay at the house without water for the whole month, but the JUST did not care and offer any assistance, All they do is to ask for rent money, that all the JUST care about.
