When I moved in to a unit, they didn't do any inspection. They carpets were extremely dirty. They took almost a month to get fixed. There was roof leakage issue for than one year and they did not get it fixed. That cause damage to my ottoman. They didn't pay for my damage.<br> When I moved in there were only 2-3 bulbs, then I put bulbs at every where. When I moved out, I left all bulbs.<br> Rather than paying for my bulbs they deducted amount of two bulbs from my deposit. They deducted money for cleaning for oven (although we never used it).<br> We moved out before end of lease period because of roof leakage. But they were still bring client to show the unit without getting the issue fixed.<br> I sent email to them, but no one even bother to reply my email.<br> They only worry about their money, client's money is nothing for them.<br> Be careful while dealing with them.<br> I am planning to complain in consumer court for my damage and mental harassment.<br> <br> Thanks,<br> Sumit Ranjan
