STAY AWAY!!! I only gave 1 star because there's no option for minus 5... We had the absolute worst experience with the Hartbee****rt branch! Promises were made to upgrade the kitchen when we moved in, but 3 weeks later nothing happened yet. We had a burglary, but the owner only sent someone to fix the burglar bars a week later. We gave notice within 1 month of staying there, and left them our deposit & pro rata rent for a few days of the next month. They had a new tenant the very same month, but still went to deduct TWO months' rent from our account without our consent months later. The bank refuses to get involved so we had to consort to the Small Claims Court, coming this September. They also refuse us access to remove our last belongings (garden pots & arch, which are still there). Can't wait for Karma to come around...
