The WORST portfolio 'manager'

If you ever get told that this lady is your portfolio manager RUN! I googled her when we eventually got told who our portfolio manager was, incorrectly the first few times. She doesn't assist with anything. We have had a running toilet, mould, leaking shower and sink, caved in plugs for 3 month. The toilet now runs constantly and doesn't fill, so sometimes you just cannot flush. She either ignores you, or says she emailed the land lord but hasn't heard back. How is this managing anything, does phones not exist! This woman and her company (as I cc everyone I can find) has let this get to the point where it goes against the basic human right of sanitation. Be very careful of Just Letting Lonehill, their agents are great but it seems anyone you deal with after signing doesn't care in the slightest
