THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE YOU CAN EVERY GET !!!

This rental agency is the worst that i have ever come accross in my whole entire life. they literally take your money and not give you a service thta you have paid for. you have to beg for it.<br> <br> aftter being with them for over 2 years, during which:<br> <br> oConstantly receiving rental late, most of the time we have to call and ask why has that been. We are not notified when the tenant has not paid in time and proper follow up done, yet we were still billed for all those admin fees. For what as the actual service was not rendered!!? <br> oCurrently we have more that 4 months worth of outstanding rental from prior tenants that the agency has not followed up on and ensured that we get, we constantly need to ask<br> oThe current tenant has defaulted on rent and currently has amounts outstanding, this we had to follow up as well and we were told that they will get back to us. We are still waiting<br> <br> I decided to leave them, I gave them a notice on the 30th of November that i need the current tenant out by the end of Jan. i am currently being ignored at all costs. no one has been taking my calls, emails and what nots. i should be getting the key tomorrow, no arrangement has been done with me!!
