The difficult client

I haven rented from them for 6 months.The entire time I lived there they charged me more than double for water. I never said anything about it because I have heard from numerous people that the staff at just letting told them I'm a difficult person. I just kept quite because I was afraidthey wouldhaveevicted me. The first time I met the owner Braam was when I went to sign my contract. I was busy chatting with the receptionist when he came out of his office put out his hand and said " Good day I'm Braam, can you please be quite" then turned around and left. The day he came to do the outgoing inspection he said " hey I'm Braam I don't think we have met "... but I am the difficult one, my rantal agent doesn't even have the decently to remember the face he was so rude too. They have not paid my deposit back in the 7days the law requires and haven't responded to my emails for that whole week.All I'm saying is think twice about renting from them en check all your bills
