Refusal to help.

I just love the service from your company. I found a property I was interested in on Property 24.

I sent a mail and got a prompt response from Chris, and thats where the decency ended. he asked when I would like to view and move. I told him as soon as possible to view, and would be willing to move when I find the right place.

My mail got ignored completely.

I called him today to follow up, he said so nicely that he only has properties for 1st June, and would not assist me due to me not identifying an exact date.

It is tough enough to find a rental property that suits anyones particular needs, but now I know for sure I will NOT be using Just Property ever.
