Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!

On 1 December 2015 I was supposed to move into a property that was advertised by Justletting Property Agents and was moving out of one also administered by them. Both properties are in Midrand, one in Country view and the other one I was moving to in Noordwyk. What I expected to be a smooth process turned out into a nightmare. I was supposed to move in at 12h00 midday on the 1st and when I inquired about whether the tenant who was there had vacated, I was told she is not answering her phone so....i was told that there is nothing that can be done. Due to extreme frustration I went to the Justletting office in Midrand and was assisted by a wonderful, calm woman, Jean Wilden. Who after listen to my story visited the property and came back with the key from the tenant who, for some reason, had difficulties with her moving out. Not sure the magic she did but she immaculately resolved a dispute that could have turned out ugly. I wish Jean's employers, if she employed there, know what a germ s
