Terrible Service Runs Through From The Top

<p>Urgently needing a place in Centurion I emailed tge agebt Dewald and he contacted me telling tge place listed as available more than 10 times is not available and he is recieving keys from a tenant tge evening. I said i would call him back wihich I did this morning, and told him I called yesterday. Arogantly he stated that I said I would get back to him and never did so..." which I responded tgats why I am calling you! Rudly he said he is getting the keys probably today I can set up a viewing being already disgusted with his tone and general unfriendlyness I declined.....i contacted the manager complaining that the agent was rude which she rep**** " how was he possibly rude.....it does not matter how he was rude, being in sales myself you dont question or make the customer uncomfortable when they want to do bussiness! "She also stated that she has enough customers "Is she saying its okay to loose one because she has enough therefore they can be awful? .....atleast I know the problem with customer service comes from the manager herself! </p>
