Terrible service and customer relations

My experience with Just Property N1 City, was as terrible as it can be. After 2 years of renting an apartment in Milnerton, Cape Town, paying the rent every month on the 1st ; when it came to refunding the Landlord's deposit the service was terrible. The fact was the deposit belonged to the Landlord, not to them.They initially refused to refund the deposit; although instructed by Landlord. Only paid after 6 weeks. Really bad customer services by Pieter & Roxann. Definitely avoid this Company when looking for rental property. Also numerous bad reviews of same Company in Stellenbosch; so it did not surprise me.
