Terrible Experience Just Property Richards Bay

My property lease and renewal as handled and finalized by an intern who is also serving as the office manager at Richards Bay Just Property. She finalized my exit inspection on my rental and sent me pictures and went ahead to refund the client the deposit.

She under pressure got me to sign up a new client ( under extreme pressure by forcing me to give permission to hand over keys on what’s app because she took the deposit before I signed the new agreement).

Only after I had agreed she then sent me a message saying there were numerous damages to the flat and I had to fix it because the new tenant will not stay there until resolved e.g. place new bedding, that were permanently soiled and repair or replace carpets that were soiled. Now from pictures, the bedding were neatly folded and she let me believe that it was in a good condition. U had no sight of the damage to the carpets as well hence I took her word for it and permittee her refund the monies to the the previous tenant. I believe she misled me in order to fully refund the previous tenant and signed a new tenant up and then decided to pressure me to fix the damages incurred by the previous tenant. I have a unit standing now open because of her ********* and unqualified intern handling my property. This is not allowed by the Estate Agency Board and I will be taking it up further
