TERRIBLE CONDITION
I booked on Lekkeslaap Boulevard 14. The condition of the place was terrible and we did not receive assistance. The place is not maintained from aircons to bathrooms. They told me if I check in between 3 and 4 I must go to just property at Rondevoux the lady told me to go to margate hotel for the keys and it was 3:30pm. The aircon and the fan was badly rusted. For the price people pay for terrible services. These premises should be checked before renting out to holiday makers.

06 Jan 2025, 10:37The lady that assisted after 7pm at Boulevard 14 was helpful and assisted us with accommodation at Saints View which was better than Boulevard 14.

30 Jan 2025, 20:04Will never book through this ever again. The lady at saints view said she was giving us 1 air on token. I received R100 less after receiving the refundable breakge fee and Penny says we were charged for 2 tokens when we only stayed there for 1 day and hardly used the aircon. After the terrible stay at boulevard 14 rightfully you people should have reimbursed us but instead rob of R100.
