Tenant with ********** work permit protected by Nicci Roussou (Principal Agent)

I have recently forked out close to R 100 k in lost rental revenue and lawyer fees due to the tenant provided by Just Properties Fourways and Lonehill having a forged work permit. Even after pointing it out to the agents and principal agents they did not take take my concern seriously. I requested clear copies of the tenants work permit and visa however Just properties had unclear copies and refused to obtain them for me as they felt that his documentations was in order. His documentations was not in order and it was clear for anyone to see as the dates on his work permit where clearly written over with. I had to then hire an immigration specialist which cost me further money to obtain a verification letter.

I want to know if there is any accountability by Just Properties Head Office and the principal agent Nicci Roussou. This was a costly mistake on her part and I demand that something be done.
